JOB DESCRIPTION

4. Manage relevant content as per company’s products / services.
5. Create strategies for increasing website traffic, enhance brand awareness, enhance customer retention, enhance online reputation, facilitate in increasing
sales.
6. Enhance visual design & brand presentation, effective web strategy, lead social ad campaigns.
7. Plan & implement strategies for engaging your audience.
8. Document and manage all published content.
9. Creating proposals and presentations for the company.
10. Getting new connections for the company through online interactions.
11. All legal documents checking, corrections & execution.
12. Managing work allocation in the team.
13. Social media posts scheduling on right time.
14. Generating sales leads for different heads of businesses.
15. All websites data update on regular basis.
16. Keeping all the data on the office server in an organised manner and supervise other team mates as well for saving the data in an organised manner regularly.

1. Scanning all the important & legal documents; and saving in respective folders
on regular basis
2. Proof reading of all the formal content or work designs
3. Complete joining formalities of any new joinee – assigning email, notepad, email signature, server set up, explaining work management system etc
4. Update management of important events and occasions to be part of.

Creative Manager / Creative Director executes or guides and oversees the work of artists, copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and other members of a creative team, liaise with advertising agencies, publication house, website hosting /media manager, to facilitate building strong brand of the organization, create differentiation among other companies of the same industry.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Decide the strategic and creative direction of a project.
2. Use his / her creative expertise to interpret company’s vision and make it a tangible and deliverable product.
3. Plan and implement budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency, and establish schedules on short-term and long-term projects.
4. Office IT solving & fixing all IT related problems
5. Website creative data update on timely basis
6. Creating festive posts for all the brands
7. Creating product photography concepts
8. Creating all the brands presentations and catalogues
9. Responsible for creative and graphic production of all creative assets including but not limited to: video, website, infographics, banner ads, electronic communications, branch materials, direct mail and email campaigns, social media advertising, outdoor billboards and internal communications.
10. Handle pre-production (conceptualizing/storyboarding), production (shooting, sound, interviews), post-production (editing, motion graphics animation) and posting of video.
11. Drive the development of new marketing materials and/or optimization and redesign of existing materials.
12. Proactively present innovative concepts, programs or projects to management regularly.
13. Keep abreast of new multimedia, production, print, electronic and general new creative technologies.
14. Develop big idea strategy/concepts and copy headlines.
